This week, we introduce Mobility Ion Technologies SL (MION), the coordinator of the PENTION project.

MION is a Spanish SME specialised in analytical ion mobility technology, which forms the core of the PENTION innovation. Their expertise enables the detection and identification of illicit and dangerous substances across security-sensitive environments, from aviation to maritime.

As project coordinator, MION leads the technological development of the PENTION screener and oversees its validation and testing across all pilot locations.
